Assured Mobility Simulator

AMS created a re-configurable, physics-based, data-driven, multi-vehicle simulation platform enabling RDECOM TARDEC to explore the effectiveness of:

  • Individual vehicle performance parameters and specifications
  • Combination of vehicles applied to a threat
  • Single and combined vehicle survivability vs. various threats

AMS was user configurable enabling TARDEC to conduct rapid reconfiguration and vignette testing though the import of:

  • Threat data
  • Environmental data
  • Vehicle data

Unique technology implemented pc-based dynamic terrain in the 2003 timeframe

The potential for transition of this technology to support training was recognized by TARDEC and passed to Ft. Leonard Wood.
