Support Services Contracts

Bronze Support: Our Bronze Support Package comes standard with all of our
server offerings. When submitting an issue to our staff, you can expect a
turn-around response of 2 business days. This package also comes with 5 hours
of technical support.

Silver Support: For customers who need a faster turn-around time for their
issues, the Silver Support Package is the best value for the money. Issues are
answered within 1 business day. You will receive 10 hours of technical support
and 10 hours of content development monthly.

Gold Support: This package is for those customers who need a more high-performance
support package. We offer a 12 hour response window for ALL issues that may arise. You
will receive 20 hours of technical support and 20 hours of content development monthly.
Daily backups are performed for more reliability.

Platinum Support: Our Platinum Support Package is the most extensive offering
that we provide to customers. It is only available to Elite Server customers and we
deal with Platinum Customer issues as our top priority. We have a 4 hour response
window for any problems tha may arise and offer 40 hours of technical support and 40
hours of content development monthly. This package also includes our exclusive
"Dual-Service" system where we always have another server ready to go, in case
something catastrophic happens with your production server. Backups are also run 3
times a day to ensure that your data can be restored quickly and efficiently.
Included along with the Platinum Support Package is a web-based interface that allows
you to manage your custom CGI scripts as well as server dynamics.
